Lesson and Class Fees 2023/24

 There are two payment options to choose from, by term or by month.

Termly

3 payments are to be made in September, January and April before the next term commences, via bank transfer or online link attached to the invoice.
The amount is divided evenly between the 3 terms from September to June inclusive. This means that it doesn’t matter if there are 9 or 12 lessons in a given term, the tuition fee is exactly the same. 
For payment per term a 5% discount has been included and applied.
To cease any lesson/class please advise me at least 4 weeks in advance.
There is a £22 annual registration fee payable once your space /lesson time is confirmed for the year ahead. 

Monthly
10 monthly payments are to be made on or before 15th of every month from September to June inclusive, via bank transfer or online link attached to the invoice.
The amount is divided evenly every month. This means that it doesn’t matter if there are 2 or 5 lessons in a given month, the tuition fee is exactly the same. 
To cease any lesson/class please advise me at least 4 weeks in advance.
There is a £22 annual registration fee payable once your space /lesson time is confirmed for the year ahead. 

NB; For new musicians that begin during the year, fees for the first term are discounted pro rata and charged at the full rate thereafter.
The annual registration fee will be renewed on the anniversary of your first invoice. 
If you sadly leave us during the school year, over-payments for lesson fees will be calculated and applied pro rata, after a 4 week notice period.

Private Tuition

I am a peripatetic teacher and the majority of private lessons in the local area will take place in your home. 

Absence has been factored in and three lessons per year are scheduled but not charged. Therefore missed lessons will not be refunded. A discretionary credit maybe applied to your  mymusicstaff account if absence exceeds this amount and at least 24hrs prior notice of each absence is given.

NUVO Instrument hire

T&Cs for Instrumental hire are included in a separate agreement
